UAES RECEIVES EU PROJECT MONITOR

A project monitoring official from the European Union visited the University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences , on Monday 22nd July 2024 on a Result Oriented Monitoring (ROM)Assignment. The E.U monitor Hashim Musa Mohammed had visited the school to carry out an on the site  monitoring of the progress of the DIGISOL project.

Hashim said he brought greetings and appreciation from the European Union to the University for their efforts, corporation and dedication to the project so far.  He also urged the A.g Vice-Chancellor, management and the EU project team of the institution to not relent in their efforts towards actualizing  the ultimate goal of the project.

In his response, Prof. Christopher Chiedozie Eze , the A.g Vice-Chancellor welcomed him to the institution. He briefed him on the progress of the project so far and offered to conduct him to the accessible sites where the project fields are domiciled whilst ruling some locations out due to verifiable security challenges.  Also present at the meeting were the Registrar Prince Edward Njemanze , the University Bursar Mr. Robert Anikputa  and Librarian Prof. Mrs. Chidi Nwosu.
